How do you accelerate innovation at Entergy?
KeyString Labs (KSL) is the innovation lab at Entergy, a Fortune 500 utility providing power to over 3 million customers across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Our task: to articulate the lab’s mission and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, showcase their innovation process, and demonstrate the power and impact of their innovations for the company, its customers, and the community. Our key objective: to communicate the power of collaboration between KSL, Entergy, and customers. It started with an energizing manifesto stating “we are 100% Entergy, sharing a vision and working together to power lives now and for the next generation.”
